To explain the differences between Arc L1 and the current array of Layer 1 blockchains, we need to look at how this project redefines the boundaries between (TradFi) and (DeFi).

Unlike Ethhay Sol, which prioritizes absolute openness, Arc integrates legal rules directly into its protocol layer. 

This allows financial institutions to perform KYC/AML automatically without compromising user privacy thanks to ZKP technology.

Arc is designed as a tokenized asset. Its data structure supports bringing real-world assets such as real estate, bonds, or gold onto the blockchain with extremely low latency and low cost. 

Unlike older L1 blockchains that often suffer from fluctuating gas fees, Arc maintains a stable fee environment, suitable for large-scale commercial transactions aiming to use USDC gas.

Instead of chaotic connections, Arc uses a highly secure bridging mechanism, allowing data and assets to flow between separate networks Privacy chains and the public mainnet.

It has chosen its own path, becoming the standard infrastructure for the tokenized economy, where blockchain transparency is a necessary impetus today.
