Same team. Same protocol. Same contracts. New name.

After discussions with Circle’s team, we learned that “USYC” is a trademarked term owned by Circle/Hashnote. To avoid any trademark conflicts, we’ve rebranded to Meridian Finance.

	∙	Smart contracts remain the same (all whitelisted contracts )

	∙	usyc-protocols.tech remains active  nothing breaks
